🎤 Sierra Brader – Director of Data & AI at PromoFarma
Keynote Speaker
Sierra joined PromoFarma nine years ago as a Software Engineer in AI/Data Science, before the company even had a Data team.
After earning a Computer Science degree from Georgia Tech and working in a healthcare startup in the U.S., she moved to Barcelona to help shape PromoFarma’s data journey.
She built and led the Data team, launched AI applications for PromoFarma and later DocMorris post-acquisition, and now drives their AI strategy as Director of Data & AI.
🎤 Asia Noble – Data Scientist & Instructor at allWomen

Asia has been working in tech and digital since 2009, with expertise in creative tech, management, consulting, and operations.
She specializes in simplifying complex ideas and applying analytical and creative problem-solving in data-driven environments.
