In this module, you’ll identify the key skills a Product Manager should have, and how the role functions in a Product Team. Then, you’ll understand the concept of Product Strategy, Product-Market Fit, and how it’s critical for an organization to succeed.

This module will help you understand the Hierarchy of Needs and how to explore Problem Space and Design Thinking. You’ll learn to use data to frame problems, target users, and determine how to know if your product will be successful in providing value to its intended users.

Learn how to create ideas for your products and prioritize the ones with a bigger impact on solving user needs. You’ll use data-driven methods to validate the potential value of ideas and to continuously build products iteratively through MVPs and/or MLPs.

You’ll create actionable plans for delivering products. You’ll be introduced to methodologies and new tools to manage projects, improve team productivity, and deliver high-quality products efficiently. You’ll also learn to manage expectations from stakeholders.

Finally, you’ll gain the confidence to apply to your dream Product Role! You’ll learn how to position yourself as a Product Manager, how to interview for Product Management positions, and the most important skill of them all: storytelling.
