Federica designed VOLART, a digital app dedicated to centralizing and simplifying arts volunteering in the UK cultural sector. Through extensive user research, interviews, affinity mapping, and usability testing, the project tackled the key pain points of scattered opportunities and time-consuming searches. The resulting platform is an intuitive solution that empowers individuals to confidently and efficiently find arts volunteering roles that match their skills, interests, and goals.
