Introduction
By making use of the Web Sites you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and these Terms and Conditions (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you should not use the Web Sites or enroll in any of our Programs.
The Agreement governs both the use of our Web Sites and the purchase and participation in our educational programs, including Online Courses and Bootcamps, as described in each case (e.g., teacher, dates, times, and other characteristics).
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. We recommend that you review them regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Definitions
- “Online Courses”: self-paced programs in which participants receive immediate access to digital learning materials upon purchase.
- “Bootcamps”: cohort-based programs with scheduled start and end dates. Access to digital learning materials is granted only from the official start date of the program. Bootcamps may include live sessions, mentoring, and/or group activities.
- “Programs”: collectively refers to Online Courses and Bootcamps.
- “Student”: any individual enrolled in a Program.
Section 1. Eligibility
1.1. The Web Sites are intended for use solely by persons with a minimum age of 18. Any registration by, or use of, or access to the Web Sites by anyone else is unauthorized and in violation of this Agreement. By using the Web Sites, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that you will abide by the Agreement, and that your use of the Web Sites does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
1.2. In order to ensure a supportive learning environment, our Programs are exclusively available to women. This policy is not intended to discriminate against any particular group or individual, but rather to create a safe and welcoming space for women to learn and grow. We are committed to upholding all relevant laws and regulations regarding non-discrimination and equal opportunities.
Section 2. Enrollment and Access
2.1. Enrollment is completed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
2.2. For Online Courses, access to the learning materials is granted immediately after purchase.
2.3. For Bootcamps, access to the learning materials is granted on the official start date of the program.
2.4. For Online Courses, access to the learning materials remains available for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Section 3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Global Policy).
All students have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract (the purchase date), without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law.
3.2. Online Courses.
Access to the learning materials is granted immediately after purchase. You may still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that you notify us in writing within that period.
3.3. Bootcamps.
Access to the learning materials and services is granted only on the official starting date of the program. You may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right up until either (i) 14 days after purchase or (ii) the starting date of the program, whichever occurs first. Once the program has begun and access to the content and services has been provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
3.4. AI Builder Challenge.
The AI Builder Challenge is a time-limited Program delivered over a fixed period of twenty-one (21) calendar days. Access to all Challenge materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Given the short overall duration of the Program, the standard 14-day withdrawal period described in Section 3.1 would allow a student to access the substantial majority of the Challenge’s content before exercising that right. For this reason, by purchasing the AI Builder Challenge, students expressly acknowledge and agree that their right of withdrawal is lost as soon as they access any part of the Challenge materials. Students who have not accessed any Challenge materials retain the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in Section 3.1.”
3.5. Refund Requests.
All withdrawal or refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@allwomen.tech. Please note that any deposit payments made to secure a place in a Program are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3.6. Cancellation by AllWomen.
AllWomen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future edition of the Program.
Section 4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Program Fees.
Program fees are published on our Websites and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Online Courses
4.2.1. Payment and Access.
Online Courses are paid directly via our website checkout, using a secure Stripe payment process. Upon successful payment, the Student receives immediate access to the learning materials.
4.2.2. Commitment and Withdrawal.
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, even if the Student accesses the content immediately. However, once the withdrawal period has expired, the payment is non-refundable, and access to content remains active for the period defined in the course description.
4.3. Bootcamps
4.3.1. Admission Process.
Enrollment in a Bootcamp requires a prior interview with our Career Advisors. Only upon explicit confirmation of interest will the Student receive a personalized payment link via Stripe to formalize enrollment.
4.3.2. Payment Options.
Students may choose between:
- One-time payment: the full Program fee is paid in a single transaction. This secures enrollment.
- Installment plan: the Program fee is split into five (5) monthly payments. The first payment confirms enrollment and immediately activates the Student’s access to the Program and all associated services. The remaining four payments are automatically charged every 30 days from the date of the first payment, using the same payment method. No additional payment link is required. By choosing the installment plan, the Student acknowledges and authorizes this automated schedule of charges.
4.3.3. Payment Commitment.
By proceeding with either payment option, the Student commits to paying the full Program fee. Installments cannot be canceled or suspended once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed or the Program has begun—whichever occurs first. Failure to pay does not constitute withdrawal.
4.3.4. Late Payments and Penalties.
Late or missed payments may result in:
- A late fee of up to €50 per installment.
- Temporary suspension of access to the Program.
- Referral to debt collection services and recovery of associated costs.
4.3.5. Minimum Enrollment Requirement.
AllWomen reserves the right to cancel any Bootcamp that does not reach a minimum of seven (7) enrolled Students. In such cases, all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Affected Students will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
4.3.6. Consent and Responsibility.
By accepting the payment terms and completing the first transaction, the Student enters a binding agreement and acknowledges full financial responsibility for the selected payment method. In the case of installment plans, the Student expressly authorizes AllWomen to automatically charge the remaining four payments using the same payment method, on a monthly basis starting from the date of the first transaction. It is the Student’s responsibility to inform AllWomen in writing if the originally provided payment method changes or becomes invalid. Digital acceptance via Stripe is considered legally valid under EU law.
Section 5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, presentations, and assignments, are the intellectual property of AllWomen and/or its instructors.
5.2. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for personal learning purposes.
5.3. Students may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly share any materials without prior written consent from AllWomen.
Section 6. Students obligations
6.1. Students must provide accurate personal information during enrollment and keep their account details up to date.
6.2. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions (for Bootcamps), participate actively in learning activities, and respect deadlines and instructions set by instructors.
6.3. Some Online Courses or Bootcamps may include the submission of a final project or assessments as a requirement for completion. Not all Programs include a final project requirement. The specific requirements will be communicated to students at the start of each Program.
6.4. Students must respect the learning environment, instructors, and peers, and adhere to the community guidelines provided by AllWomen.
Section 7. Certificates of Completion
7.1. Certificates of completion may be awarded upon successful participation in a Program, subject to fulfilling attendance, participation, and/or project requirements, as applicable.
7.2. AllWomen reserves the right to withhold certificates from students who do not meet the stated requirements.
7.3. For Students on an installment plan, the certificate of completion will only be issued once all five (5) payments have been received in full. Failure to complete the payment schedule, even if academic requirements are met, will result in the certificate being withheld until the financial obligation is fulfilled.
Section 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. AllWomen will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and continuity of its Programs. However, it does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as employment opportunities.
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, AllWomen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a Program.
Section 9. Force Majeure.
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics or disease, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
Section 10. Applicable law and Jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Agreement, including the validity, interpretation, breach or termination thereof, shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain. The parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona (Spain) to resolve any dispute arising hereunder.
